Although children vary in physical development and abilities, most children are full of energy and enjoy physical activities. They are developing a sense of rhythm and enjoy activities accompanies by music, such as clapping, jumping and marching. We use hand and eye coordination activities. Physical activities enhance brain development, coordination, social skill, gross motor skill, emotions, leadership and imaginations. It also helps children build confidence and self-esteem and learn to enjoy being active. We teach children through their all senses so the learning environment must accommodate hand-on, whole body learning and the physical activities needed for healthy development.
